The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. 

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure  throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for  the weekend warrior, professional athlete and everything in between.

Hot Stone Massage is AHHHHmazing! Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. 

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. Cupping, Myofascial Release and Percussion to name a few. Sports Massage is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. 

 Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium 

 Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist
